Soto hit a homer off G'man in the 4th.. it was tied 4-4 but then in the bottom half Acuna hit a triple (needs a homer for the cycle) and Freddie sac flied him home. Then Markakis hit an Rbi. 6-4 Braves!

7-4 in the 6th after a Culberson infield hit.

Biddle gave up a run, 7-5 in the 7th.

The regular season runs way too long. End of August is justifiable. Especially with CFB and NFL starting. Ready for the playoffs.

The gnat jerks hit Charlie and Freddie, accidental or not, somebody take it to them after another one happens please.

8th inning, 2 RBI's for Nick, and Freddie scored on a wild pitch and that's insurance for the closer.. 10-5 Braves.

Braves win 10-5, thanks bats for covering for the pitching... especially Ronald, Ender and Nick. Magic number 9.

Anybody else heading out to brave the heat this afternoon? I got my tickets a while ago thinking it would be a night game.

Julio only gave up one run in the first, maybe that's an improvement for him?

Freddie tied it up with a sac fly to score Acuna.

Got bailed out by hellickson throwing it away and rf bot backing it up to get ronald to third

Yeah, love when the baseball breaks go ATL's way. Ronald wouldn't have even been on base at all if they didn't use that shift on him, he hit a ball that would've been easily snagged by a regular playing 2nd baseman.

Yeah I wonder if that guy's late season improvement is going to last. Too bad he got into close games so much during the season when he was down. I guess Touki isn't a starter anymore, he's warming up in the bullpen they showed yet Julio remains on the rotation.

Touki gave up 3 runs to the gnats they're up 5-1 in the 6th.
