Isn't Nolan like 72 years old now?
I doubt he's got an athletic director stint left in him. The problem with trying to name a potential athletic director replacement is that the athletic department consists of a whole hell of a lot more than hiring football coaches. That may be the most important job the AD has, but there's a whole lot more to it.
Obviously everybody here knows that. I admittedly don't have a clue who we should hire should long be fired. I used to be super impressed with the dude from Baylor. But then there was all the rape stuff. But Baylor experienced a dramatic boost across the board in athletics under their last dude, and it weren't too long ago they were dog shite in every category.
I agree that the dude from UCF sounds like a good choice.
