Good God yes. There is a reason why Fayetteville and NW Arkansas routinely land in the nicest/most affordable places to live in America. You can make good money here and live high off the hog while doing so instead of living in a hamster cage somewhere else.

The problem is that the Ozarkopolis and the more affluent parts of Little Rock aren't indicative of huge chunks of the rest of the state. The Arkansas delta is amazingly poor with the decline of family farming and the loss of manufacturing jobs.
