RE: Brown
LINK
Brown, who last season played at small school Archbishop Carroll in Miami, just transferred to Killian. He has offers from Cincinnati, USF, Memphis, FAU,Appalachian State, Alcorn State, and FIU. He is considered perhaps the most "under the radar prospect in Miami" due to his playing at a smaller place. UM has shown a lot of interest.
He just started playing football last year, after being a basketball player all his life.
LINK
2014 - Anthony Brown, DE, 6-4, 235, Miami Killian: There are very few people who even watched this young man play over the past year. And now that he has moved on from Miami Archbishop Carroll for his senior year, you can fully expect the offers to come pouring in. This is without a doubt one of the most under the radar prospects we have in south Florida. His size, quickness and ability to play this game will be enhanced how that he is at a school that certainly knows about defense.

Brown has only played football for like 1.5 years. He's rough around the edges but is extremely athletic. He will do well with a RS year and a couple season of coaching.

Been telling y'all bout Liddell.
There's a 6'7 jr @ Lincoln that needs a few looks in roundball. The kid is raw but has sone skill, a good IQ. In 2 years he could be a serviceable D1 player. He might top out @ 6'9-6'10 w/ range, speed, and grit.
We're gonna have tough decisions to make regarding 2015 RBs. Dancy & Burton are legit. The S. Missouri duo are good too. However, the Jboro kid in 2016 is better than all 4.

Well alrighty then.
After the last two years of keeping up with recruiting I took this year off, for the most part. It looks like they (BB & Co) know how to find the hidden gems, I hope.

If after today u don't think Randy Shannon is going to be Arkansas' DC, then u missed the day they taught connect-the-dots in grade school.
So true

So I guess Odom is just randomly following Arkansas related people on Twitter?
I don't think Shannon getting these kids means he's going to be DC. It just means that he's a good recruiter who knows South Florida well

Shannon will be named DC on the 1st.

I took him and McBride off this morning.

I really don't think Odom would come as a safeties coach but I can't explain the twitter stuff either. Why are our coaching searches always so weird?

We could offer him more than he is making now... plus it's Memphis.

Unless CBB is confident that Shannon will be leaving next year and has promised the DC to Odom when Shannon leaves.
Just a theory.
