Damn you weren't lying. I've seen three deleted in the last two hours. Yet there is still a 15 page thread about Peacock alive and well on the front page. Embarrassing.

Hopefully it will be sooner than later, but I would not want to be the one to tell him to slow down and take it easy. He would probably tell me "For You My Friend".

I got tired of seeing all the Kane Whitehurst is the next Joe Adams posts. Marquel Wade is the next Joe Adams and that's not up for debate. The old bastards on that sight are looking for a star receiver they wouldn't mind having over for dinner. Although, the obsession with Funderburke is also insane and obviously has nothing to do with race. There is a Bleacher Report about the guy breaking out this year and he isn't even sniffing the two-deep. Hogville just pisses me off if I am over there too long.

The meltdown when the switched Whitehurst to CB during bowl practice was epic. One of the few times I've seen people openly questioning BP's coaching.
I think the Funderburke thing is more about the "star" factor. He had offers from all the big schools so people just thought he would come in and dominate. They didn't notice that he was rail thin and not exactly a speed demon like we are used to the last few years. He is going to need a couple seasons in the weight program before he will hopefully live up to potential.

The city planners have been revamping codes and preparing for this kind of development for a decade. Its finally paying off. Dickson and downtown, although already bad-arse, are about to take a huge leap forward over the next two years.
