Money doesn’t equate to competence or professionalism.
NFL refs just went full Auburn/Oklahoma on a Hurts tush push fumble. Blew the play dead on a clear fumble that a Giants player had picked up. The Eagles were going for a first down, the refs treated it like it was crossing the goal line and blew it dead as soon as he reached the first down marker.

Right, I think a full-time job is a good way to have consequences for habitual frick ups like that though.
