Entertainment district set for Temerson Square

quote:

An entertainment district will be held Saturday from 4-9 p.m. in Temerson Square. The entertainment district means customers can leave with drinks in hand and walk around freely within the district. The district boundaries are: Fourth Street between Greensboro Avenue and 22nd Avenue, and 23rd Avenue between Fourth Street and University Boulevard. There will be live music outdoors as well as drink specials offered by the 16 licensed alcohol establishment within the entertainment district. "It's been great working with the city to bring this type of event to Temerson Square. We're excited about this Saturday and what the future holds for the downtown area," said Craig Williams of The Avenue Pub.

Also remember, CBDB is having a free show at Druid City Saturday

Anyone going to the Widespread concert tonight? I'm not going unfortunately, but Backup Planet is playing at Druid City afterwards and I'm hitting it up.
