So just saw this online, dont know if its been posted but wanted to share
"So, you’re a Crimson Tide fan who is bummed about your team losing to Oklahoma yesterday?
I bring you inspiring words from from Alabama Football running back Kerry Goode, who has been fighting ALS for an incredible 10 years!
Kerry brings you this essay he wrote last night after the Crimson Tide’s 23-21 loss to Oklahoma:
“Losing Ain’t Fun… But Boy, It’ll Teach You Something”
By Kerry Goode
“I’m only gon’ say this once… because I don’t want to go through this again.
“I sat there watching Alabama lose to Oklahoma, and I went through all five stages of grief in under 30 seconds. Denial, anger, bargaining, sadness, acceptance — and then a bonus sixth stage: “Who hired these refs?
“I was staring at the field like it owed me money. My mouth was open so long my ventilator thought I was trying to yawn-sync with it. Tanja looked at me and asked, “You okay?” And all I could manage was, ‘No… but I will be… eventually.’
“Then those final seconds ticked away, and something miraculous happened.
A deep, wise, spiritual truth rose up inside me like a biscuit rising in the oven…
“The sun will come up tomorrow.
“Yes Lord- I remembered Gene Stallings himself saying it:
“I got my health. The sun will come up tomorrow. It’s gonna be alright.”
“And in that moment, my whole attitude shifted.
“Because losing will do that to you. Losing makes you reflective.
Losing humbles you faster than a whooping from your mama in the Piggly Wiggly aisle.
“Losing reminds you that life ain’t always touchdowns and highlight reels - sometimes it’s fumbles, missed tackles, and you yelling at Kalen Deboer like he can hear you telepathically.
“But losing also teaches you important lessons:
“You’re still breathing.
“Your heart still works.
“Your purpose didn’t disappear with the scoreboard.
“And your team will live to stress you out another day.
“Besides, y’all know Alabama fans are dramatic.
We lose ONE game and act like we gotta rebuild the whole program, re-baptize the linebackers, and walk around the house speaking in tongues.
“But the truth is… losing builds character.
It gives you grit.
It keeps you humble.
And it reminds you that God is still in control, even when your offense isn’t.
“And when that final buzzer hits and life hands you an L?
“Stand up, shake it off, and tell yourself…
“The sun’s coming up tomorrow, baby.
“And when it does?
“We be back.
“Roll Tide anyway.”
Thanks to our friends Kerry and Tanja.
Saturday’s loss left a dark cloud over Bryant-Denny Stadium, but never fear.
Because the sun will come up tomorrow. ??"

Great message! Thanks for finding it and posting it.
After the first game this year i made a thread calling out all the sunshine pumpers because of how this team played.
Well, I am going to be a sunshine pumper now. This team will win out until the CFP, and then who knows, but I will take it.
Ty, Grubbs, Sheridan, will figure it out. Defense will be continue to be great.

Lovely message.
We just need out QB to wake up and we could look back at that OU game like we were looking back at FSU loss as the inspiration that made go on another winning streak for it all.
We have a championship defense. We found our RB and a working combination on OL. Now we need our first pick QB to come back.
