against ULM , KD should be relieved as the HC and & make someone the interim HC for the remainder of the season.

There should have been a clause in Deboer's contract about being let go without compensation due to gross incompetence.

Of course there should be performance based penalties in their contracts. But Jimmy Sexton has these ADs by the balls now and he's never letting go.

Who??? IMO, there isn't anyone on the current staff who should be put in charge.
That may be a more difficult situation than the buyout.
