I think Bullovas has done pretty well so far. But DeLong (DeShort/Deshank) not so much. I sure hope he'll get it going soon.

Will Reichard is supposed to be a really good kicker, but he's reportedly a pretty good punter too. JK Scott was primarily a punter, but was a pretty good kicker too. So if DeLong doesn't get on track, maybe/hopefully Reichard can be a good punter for us.

Delong looks good until we start trying to be fancy with those gay fancy punts to the right.

Punting the ball 40 yards or less is not looking good.

The only way he has punted longer is if their returner lets ther ball bounce and it rolls forward.

Rankings update: 2019 risers at defensive back, athlete

quote:

Senior campaigns in high school football are too often overlooked and devalued in the evaluation process. At 247Sports we’re determined not to let those senior impressions slip through the cracks. It’s with that purpose that we are taking a position-by-position audit of the 2019 recruiting class to make sure that our rankings don’t get outdated. Using early senior film as a guiding (but not exclusive) principle, here are some rankings movers in the athlete, safety and cornerback position groups.

More position groups will be updated in the coming weeks.

Marcus Banks – "A cornerback that really emerged on the camp circuit, he has remained a three-star because the junior tape just didn’t quite do it for us. His senior tape is a totally different animal. The LSU commit is now a Top247 four-star because of what he’s put on senior tape. He’s very instinctive and sees route-combinations really naturally, his acceleration to the football flashes and he brings a ton of physicality in a slighter frame." - Simmons

Noa Pola-Gates - "Now ranked as a corner, Pola-Gates is among the most explosive athletes in the 2019 cycle with top speed and outstanding change of direction. Additionally, he has desirable physicality for the position and shows his ball skills and playmaking ability on offense and in the return game." - Power

1. TREY SANDERS FROM ALABAMA

Sanders had been committed to Alabama for almost two years before re-opening his process at the beginning of this year. Since then, he has received plenty of attention from many of the elite programs in the country. However, at the time of his decommitment, Sanders mentioned that the Tide would remain his leader and to this point they are very much in the hunt. Florida, who accepted his older brother, Umstead Sanders, as a preferred walk-on, remains in the game, as does Texas, but will it be enough to topple the Tide?

4. AKEEM DENT FROM MIAMI

Dent committed to Miami during the summer of 2016, but then decommitted from the Canes during the following spring. Only a couple of months later Dent once again ended his recruitment with a commitment to Florida State. Since this point, while the Canes, Alabama, USC and LSU have continued to recruit the five-star, he has remained rather firm with the Seminoles. However, official visits to other programs may still happen, and he took an unofficial to Coral Gables earlier this month, so the door may still be open just a bit.

We stealing him from FSU.

6. EVAN NEAL FROM ALABAMA

Neal was another very early commitment to Alabama who decided to re-open his recruitment. Throughout his recruitment, Neal has remained rather quiet, so trying to get a firm grasp on his favorites has been somewhat challenging. However, as with Sanders, Alabama firmly remains in the picture with Neal, along with Miami and Florida State. This will likely come down to the Tide and the Canes, with the Miami being a very viable option for Neal.

We getting him back too.
