Like I said, it doesn't bother me. We're still gonna continue posting the way we do. Hopefully my post above is a viable solution for him, and anyone else who just wants recruiting news, to make it easier to ignore the nightly off topic banter.

I'm actually quite proud of the suggestion.

I barely have enough time to copy and paste the recruiting articles, let alone Julia Child's greatest hits.

In all seriousness though, I think this is going to be my last year as the recruiting thread owner.

It's time for someone else to take the mantle.

Understand what your saying and I've thanked you for your info. Maybe due to the slow recruiting of Bama this year there's more time for everything else being posted but in the past there hasn't been near the clutter of non recruiting post on a board that's titled recruiting. Nothing but respect to you saint and the job you've done on the board keeping us updated. Wasn't ever a direct attack towards anyone person but those who wanted to "flex thier post count" and resort to keyboard bad asses should taker a deep breath. You overreacted and a simple we've done this for years or a we're bored would of showed a little more class and and reflected maturity levels of adults

Nothing says "class" like telling the guy who starts and maintains the thread, who's recent off topic conversation in this thread were about his son breaking his arm. "I know your son broke his arm, but my finger is really tired of scrolling, so keep it to yourself" class act

Wasn't directed to you saint. But there were guys who wanted to question my post count, tell me to eat dicks, and clam I'm a lazy arse for not looking it up for myself. Those are the ones who have showed class and maturity levels that leave a lot to be desired

It's a recruiting thread on a free message board, and you're preaching about staying on topic because you get tired scrolling. Next year bobbyg, you start and run the recruiting thread and I swear I'll stay one topic

Look buddy, I have zero issue with your initial post. It is what it is and I understand your point.

I would try my suggestion over the next week or so and see if it works out for you. I usually fire off a good 20 or so posts that are recruiting related in the morning.
