10. ATH Demetris Robertson, Uncommitted
Demetris Robertson balled out on special teams, showcasing the track speed and open-field skills that make him a 5-star prospect.
His 60-yard kickoff return was one of the game's best highlights and left a lasting impression on fans who want their teams to sign him.
According to 247Sports' crystal ball predictions, the Georgia native is favored to stay local and play for the Bulldogs, but Alabama and Notre Dame are circling. After seeing his explosiveness Saturday, they will ramp up their efforts to woo him.

8. ATH Mecole Hardman Jr., Uncommitted
Like Demetris Robertson, Mecole Hardman Jr. is a 5-star athlete.
Also like Robertson, he made splash plays on special teams.
Hardman returned two punts for 57 yards—one for 31 yards, and the other for 26. He buoyed that with an equal impact on offense, catching three passes for 37 yards and rushing once for five yards.
Just get the ball in his hands and watch him work.

4. DT Derrick Brown, Uncommitted
Derrick Brown had a mostly quiet day, but that's normal for even great defensive tackles.
The Army Bowl's top uncommitted player showed well all week in practice and played hard in the trenches Saturday; however, he just did more of the little things and dirty work than produce tangible numbers.
Regardless, a strong week in San Antonio will have Georgia working even harder to keep Brown away from the state of Alabama.

The college football season will officially end in a few days with the national championship game, and then fans will be able to dive right into the final frenzied weeks of the 2016 recruiting cycle.
Every recruit will have to adjust to the new systems and practices of his school once he enrolls. But one thing that will set the elite recruits apart from day one is their measurables—their raw size, speed, strength and overall athleticism.
Here are 10 players who have stood out in this year's recruiting cycle for their freakish measurables. Some tore up national testing at The Opening this past summer, while others have blown away people at weigh-ins for national all-star games.
Of course, these are just 10 of the freakish recruits in this year's class—not necessarily the 10 freakiest. You can find incredible athleticism and size all over the country.
If you know of other 2016 recruits who should get noticed for their top-notch measurements, shout them out in the comments below.

CB Nigel Knott
Hometown: Madison, Mississippi (Germantown)
Overall Ranking: 54 | CB Ranking: 6
Commitment: Uncommitted
Nigel Knott might not have taken home the Nike Football Rating National Championship at The Opening this past summer, but he left Oregon with the title of the most freakishly athletic 2016 recruit.
Knott posted the fastest 40-yard dash in Oregon that week, running it in a lightning-fast 4.3 seconds in the preliminary rounds. The Mississippi native also scraped the skies with a 46.5-inch vertical leap, second only to Imatorbhebhe. He came in second overall to 2017 prospect Donovan Peoples-Jones in the final round.
The ultra-athletic cornerback is currently uncommitted; 247Sports lists Alabama and Oregon as the leaders for his signature on national signing day next month.

The Battle for No. 1 ATH Recruit Lives on at 2016 Army Bowl
SAN ANTONIO — Lasting words overheard Tuesday by 5-star prospect Mecole Hardman Jr.: "We're just out here having fun, man."
He's right. The atmosphere blanketing both the Blossom Athletic Center and Heroes Stadium—the practice sites for the two U.S. Army All-American Bowl teams—reminds everyone that although this is a prestigious all-star event, it's also an opportunity for 90 of the best athletes in the 2016 class to relax and enjoy the moment.
But let's not kid ourselves. These same prospects, who are having a good time preparing for Saturday's game, didn't get to where they are as football players by living lighthearted full-time. It's all about competition and being the best of the best.
So when Saturday's kickoff goes down, don't be surprised if Hardman, Demetris Robertson, Jack Jones and Devin Asiasi all play the game as if it were their last. According to 247Sports.com's composite rankings, these four individuals represent the top four classified at the "athlete" position.
"You don't get this opportunity all the time," Jones said. "It's a once-in-a-lifetime thing, so you have to take advantage of it. You want to show you're the best."
"We all work so hard to get to this point," Asiasi added. "To be able to be here and play in this game is surreal. It motivates me knowing I'm just in the top five, but you always want more."
Saturday's U.S. Army All-American Bowl is supposed to be played just for fun, but both Jones and Asiasi agreed that when you're surrounded by talent, it's only natural for competitive natures to rear their heads.
Consider it a time to determine who's the No. 1 "athlete."
Hardman currently occupies that top spot and is ranked No. 21 overall in the composite rankings. Robertson is the No. 2 athlete and No. 24 overall. Hardman and Robertson, two from the state of Georgia, will play for the East team Saturday.
The West team will feature Jones and Asiasi, two California players considered top-50 players by many. Jones is the No. 3 athlete and the No. 44 overall player according to the composite rankings. Asiasi is the No. 4 athlete and just missed the top-50 cut in the composite rankings at No. 51, but that could change with his play in practices throughout the week.
Saturday, everybody will look to make multiple plays. The game will be televised on NBC, which means there will be an opportunity to shine on a global level.
"That motivates me, but being in the top five motivates me, too," said Asiasi, who is looking to play tight end and not defensive end in college. "All those athletes are crazy. They're fast, they've got good hands and they're all-around great players. Every day, I have to come out with the mentality that I have to prove something."
Being No. 1 is strictly for bragging rights, but playing well against the talent on the field further enhances their already stellar recruiting resumes. Collectively, the quartet has 103 reported offers.
Hardman (31 reported offers) is eyeing schools such as Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida and Clemson. Robertson (28 offers) has schools like Georgia, Alabama, Notre Dame and Stanford high on his list. Jones (22 offers) posted a top-five video with Bleacher Report, including USC, UCLA, Alabama, Oklahoma and Texas A&M. Asiasi (22 offers) is eyeing USC, UCLA, Alabama, Washington and others.
All four could have announcements on national signing day. But on Saturday, the casual fans—those slightly unfamiliar with their talents—get to see why they are top-five talents at the position in the first place.
And expect all four to compete for the No. 1 spot as we inch closer to signing day.
"Everybody's going to compete," Jones said, "but I'll let you know that I'm coming to play and will get you better on the field and off the field. I'll let the reporters will decide on who they think is the best athlete."

Player of the year honors are typically reserved for superstar quarterbacks or unassailable running backs, those types of players who usually post mind-bending statistics.
Not this year.
This year's National Player of the Year is a defensive tackle. Lanier senior Derrick Brown, the 247Sports five-star recruit and blue-chip defensive tackle, claims MaxPreps National Player of the Year honors after a season that was simply dominant.
Brown finished with 106 tackles (42 for loss) and 13 sacks. He did anything he could to help Lanier win, including playing some quarterback (in the wildcat formation) as well as lining up at tight end and catching a 15-yard touchdown pass in a playoff game against East Paulding.
In a year where the Peach State was teeming with star players and impressive performances, Brown took home the All-Classification Player of the Year award from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Now he adds yet another honor to his ever-growing list.
Trevor Speights, J.P. Shohfi and Lindsey Scott also drew consideration for MaxPreps National Player of the Year.
All players listed are seniors unless otherwise mentioned.
