To be honest, he's the one we can afford to lose. Our WR Corp as a whole will be better next season. Just won't feature a future NFL star.

Metcalf is no joke. I watched the AL-MS Game over here in the desert like 3 days after the game.

He's gonna be a good one.

Also I remember A'Shawn said earlier he was thinking of returning.

I've seen that as well.

I don't trust it, but I've seen it.

A more seasoned BOL "insider" has confirmed the word is Allen will be coming back.

No joke, another guy helped me run the account and he is a LSU fan. Dude CB'd nearly everyone to LSU.

We're a CFB website and he was CBing Malik and Skal to LSU.

Mods aren't as homerish either. Our 247 mod's son is one of our commits this season, so he can be kinda sunshine pumpy.

Saint summarized the OM predictions from Johnson a week or so ago, and I'm pretty sure he predicted OM to land everyone.

We offered another 3-star WR in the Class of 2016 today. This one is committed to North Carolina.

Korey Banks Highlights

Hank South on the offer:

Likely just keeping options open and sending out feeler offers. This kid has explosive speed. Definitely outplays his ranking.

The Under Armour All America Game is on Saturday, Jan. 2, with many of the top players in the country participating. Here's a quick look at 5 prospects Rivals.com National Recruiting Director Mike Farrell feels could surprise.

1. RB B.J. Emmons
Morganton (N.C.) Freedom

The Alabama commitment showed a lot of skill at the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas and looks like a different back than he did in other recent evaluations. He can run with power but also has the speed to run away from defenders. But will that be the case as he takes a big step up in competition during UA week? Ranked outside the Rivals100 in a down year for elite running backs, he has his chance to move up.

The Under Armour All-America Game kicks off in Orlando this week and there are plenty of uncommitted prospects. Here is an in-depth look at the 10 top-ranked players who will be in attendance that have not picked a school yet:

quote:

1. DT Rashan Gary
Paramus (N.J.) Paramus Catholic

Current state of his recruitment: There won't be anyone saying Gary didn't do his research when he does end up committing. The top ranked player in the country has taken unofficial visits all over the country and has already taken official visits to Michigan, Ole Miss, and Auburn. Gary is also scheduled to take an official visit to USC on January 15. While Gary would like to commit at the Under Armour All-America Game, he feels like he needs more time to make up his mind so a decision will come on or near National Signing Day.

Prediction: Despite his camp not coming out and saying it and team reporters at other media outlets writing stories slanted toward their audiences, Michigan is far and away the leader for Gary. At points earlier in his recruitment Clemson, Georgia, Auburn, LSU and Ole Miss challenged Michigan for the top spot on Gary's list but his relationships with the recruiting class, staff, and players in Ann Arbor will be too much for any team to overcome. Right now, Ole Miss is likely in second place for Gary. USC will have a chance to really impress him in January but the Trojans are a long shot to land his commitment.

We are hearing a lot of rumors about Gary. We are really, really trying to get him to return for a second visit, but I highly doubt it happens. But he loves Coach Kiffin and his mom is a big fan of CHF.

I would put it at 90% Michigan and 10% OM.

Sounds like Deontay Anderson is gonna commit to Ole Miss during that game.

Deontay Anderson

Good player.

There was some Alabama buzz with him in the beginning of his recruitment due to his relationship with Maurice Smith, but nothing ever materialized from it.

Kinda strange actually.

2. LB Ben Davis
Gordo, Ala.

Current state of recruitment: Davis shies away from announcing anything concrete but Alabama and Georgia seem to be the most likely landing spots for the five-star linebacker. He seems legitimately torn between the programs, as the Bulldogs have closed the gap in recent weeks.

Prediction: A slight nod to Alabama here, if only because pulling a top prospect out of the state has been so difficult in recent years. That said, the Bulldogs are very much in play.

4. LB Lyndell Wilson
Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy

Current state of recruitment: Wilson says that Florida leads his recruitment. Alabama, Georgia, LSU and USC are also near the top of his list. His upcoming official visits will likely determine his landing place.

Prediction: Wilson's upcoming visit tour could shake things up dramatically, but it seems like Florida and Alabama will square off for his services. Alabama is thought to hold a slight edge simply because of the in-state pull.

6. DE Terrell Hall
Washington (D.C.) St. John's College High

Current state of his recruitment: A lot has changed in Hall's recruitment since the coaching carousel started spinning. He was close with Kirby Smart and Aazaar Abdul-Rahim when they were both at Alabama but now Smart is at Georgia and Abudl-Rahim is at Maryland. Hall took official visits to Florida in September and Florida State on December 11. He is expected to take official visits to Alabama and Ole Miss in January. Arizona State, UCLA, and Maryland are all candidates for his last official visit.

Prediction: Alabama had been the clear leader for Hall for months but coaches relocating and his official visit to Florida State have muddied the waters. The Seminoles blew Hall away and right now it looks like they are either tied with or just behind Alabama at the top of Hall's list. There is some momentum behind Maryland because of the staff additions. People should definitely keep an eye on the Terps as we move towards Signing Day. Ole Miss has been on fire lately so Hall's recruitment could change drastically. If today were Signing Day I think Hall would sign with Alabama.

7. CB Nigel Knott
Madison (Miss.) Germantown

Current state of recruiting: Knott nearly committed to Florida State once, and the Seminoles remain in the mix. Ole Miss, Alabama and Mississippi State joint FSU, USC and Oregon at the top of Knott's list. He has named no leader in the process and claims to be seriously considering all aforementioned schools.

Prediction: Alabama and Florida State seem like the favorites here. Alabama likely holds a slight edge, but Knott to the Tide is not a sure thing just yet.

If we can land those four (Davis, Wilson, Hall and Knott) we'll probably jump up to #1.

We'd still have 6-7 spots left too.
