The 6-foot-2, 220-pounder has had Florida at the top of his list for a couple of months now with Alabama remaining a close second. UGA recently joined his favorite schools list after the hiring of coach Kirby Smart, who has personally recruited Wilson since his ninth grade year. He told SEC Country what he likes about each program.
On Florida — “Florida is my No. 1 for a reason. I feel like that’s a place where I can see myself playing for the next three to four years. That’s why they are my No. 1. I feel comfortable when I go down there. I’m comfortable with all of the coaches. I’m building a relationship with them now.”
On Alabama — “Bama is still one of those dream schools I grew up dreaming about playing football for. I feel like they still have the best program in college football.”
On Georgia — “(Kirby Smart and I) have a great relationship. He has been one of those guys that has been recruiting me since ninth grade. The chances of me going to Georgia could be pretty good. It just depends on how my recruitment goes with him. I’m just going to wait and see how it plays out.”
Wilson is rated as the nation’s No. 13 overall prospect and No. 2 prospect in the state of Alabama.

Reminds me of Ryan Anderson. We've offered a few kids lately. I'd like Come, the kid from Arizona, and the db from Louisiana. Really don't think Harris film is that good. Has to be another rb out there for us...

Ahh. Agreed. I don't really care how many stars they have. If they are a big priority for CNS, they can obviously play. Heck, we're in on most of the elite guys. If we want a 3* as much or more than a 5*, they must be pretty darn good.

How many guys on the 2009 roster were 5 stars that played? Julio Jones and Trent Richardson? All others were 4 and 3 stars.

I wouldn't say big boy football since they really only played 4 teams worth a crap but 24 is still an impressive number. Plus, he's from Stephenson so he's a great athlete but probably hasn't gotten much position coaching.

You are a damn idiot. Its not even this class and the class isn't over. We recruit guys that fit our system. Not stars. We are getting some big physical lineman to dominate the trenches.

Can't count the number of 2016 kids that started as 3 stars, that are now 4 or even 5.
Same with 2017.......have already read from 2 separate guys that this guy is much more than a 3 star, and will be adjusted accordingly come next rankings update.
