Five-star tight end Isaac Nauta's official visits remain set in stone. Nauta plans to visit Ole Miss, Alabama, LSU, TCU and Baylor. Michigan and Georgia are thought to be the leaders in Nauta's recruitment, but the tight end himself doesn't name frontrunners.

Five-star linebacker Ben Davis, a senior football player from Gordo High School, was presented honorary game jerseys at the American Family Insurance Selection Tour for the 2016 Under Armour All-America High School Football Game at Gordo High School in Gordo, Alabama, earlier this week. The event was part of the three-month American Family Insurance Selection Tour for the Under Armour All-America Game.
Davis, ranked the No. 6 prospect in the 2016 class, is one of more than 90 players selected to compete in the ninth annual Under Armour All-America Game presented by American Family Insurance, a nationally televised competition spotlighting the country's top high school seniors. The 2016 Under Armour All-America Game is slated for Saturday, Jan. 2 at the Orlando Citrus Bowl and will be televised live on ESPN2 at noon ET.
"What made me decide to play in this game is just knowing that I will be the first one from my school to play in it," Davis said. "And just seeing all the people come out and, you know, the little guys, just inspiring them and let them know they can reach their dreams if they just work hard. I am just really excited to get down there with some of my dudes and just ball out.""

Four-star receiver A.J. Brown, a senior football standout from Starkville High School, was presented his honorary game jersey at the American Family Insurance Selection Tour for the 2016 Under Armour All-America High School Football Game at Starkville High School in Starkville, Miss. earlier this week. The event was part of the three-month American Family Insurance Selection Tour for the Under Armour All-America Game.

"I chose the Under Armour All-America game because it is a big deal," Brown said. "I always watched this game on TV, I was one of those little guys that wanted to play on TV, and I am going to be one of those guys that records it and I am going to go home and watch it numerous times and the baseball deal, I played in the Under Armour All-America baseball game so I am going to be the second player to do that, to play in both games and that is a huge honor."

Every year, the analysts at Rivals.com get asked why a particular prospect is classified as an "athlete." Certain special prospects project to college -- and perhaps beyond -- at multiple positions. In this week's First and 10, we breakdown the top 10 most versatile all-around players, prospects who not only project to multiple positions in college but also work all over the field for their high school programs.

The five-star athlete can do it all, whether it's playing wide receiver, wildcat quarterback, defensive back or working as a return specialist. Robertson's highlight video puts his unique skillset on display and it's a big reason why Alabama, Georgia, Stanford, Notre Dame and others are jostling to land his commitment. -- Wommack

He was lead recruiter for Ridley and Fitz. I will always be thankful to him for that.

My two cents: UM desperately needs someone with deep South Florida ties and who understands UM. Cristobal does. Maybe he could even bring a Mel Tucker along with him as his DC. His time working under Saban and learning that organizational structure is a plus
I'll be furious if we lose Tucker. Melt melt melt.

Its a strong chance that whomever is hired will lure Cristobal away, if its not Cristobal

The impact #Alabama 'may' have from Al Golden being fired today has a lot more to do with coaches, not recruits.

"I went to LSU, it was wet to say the least but it was awesome," Jones said. "It wasn't a full game but the atmosphere was great and I was around family, which was great."
The five-star hears plenty from the program, but perhaps its biggest ace in the hole in a potential flip resides on the Greywolves' roster in a current four-star pledge.
"Rahssan Thornton," he said. "Our original plan was to go to LSU but things change. He's a fellow New Orlean, and he's committed to LSU, so his roots run deep there and his mind is pretty made up as well.
"'Bama is just a better fit for me, honestly. LSU was my first choice because it's my dad's team and it's home but we agreed 'Bama is just a better fit for me."
Texas, Arkansas and others may continue to receive Jones on their respective campuses, but he says it's simply a part of being a highly-coveted recruit at this point.
"When I committed, my word is my bond. I don't want to be known as a flip-flopper or not sticking to my commitment," he said. "It was a long, hard, thought-out process but with prayer and my parents we decided to Roll Tide.

"Nothing is really new right now," said Carter. "I still like the same schools, I am open to everyone, and I am just exploring all of the different options right now."
Alabama, Georgia, Ole Miss, and Michigan are four schools definitely in play for Carter, the star athlete at Kentwood High School.
Some may feel Alabama and slipped down his list, but he says that is not the case. Burton Burns is his recruiting coach and Burns has been by the school since the decommitment.
It appears Alabama still likes Carter and the feelings are mutual.
"Alabama definitely still has a chance with me. I have not stopped liking them. I just wanted to open my options back up, look at other schools, but nothing has changed with Alabama.
"It is still Alabama there. They have won titles, Coach [Nick] Saban is a top coach, and he is going to continue to do big things there. I still feel the same about them as I did when I was committed to them."
Many close to this feel Georgia or Ole Miss is the school on top right now and both have had the No. 7-ranked cornerback on their campus in recent months. The Rebels have really impressed Carter while the Dawgs have gotten one of his closest friends on their commitment list.
He plans on deciding on NSD. LINK

Wayne Davis has heard from schools all over the country regarding his son Ben Davis, a five-star linebacker recruit from Gordo High School.
And he's told every one of them the same thing.
"No matter who it is - Florida, LSU, Georgia - I'm pushing Ben to my alma mater," Wayne said on Tuesday, when Ben was presented his Under Armour All-America jersey. "I've been open with them about that.
"At the same time, I've told them also that I'm going to allow Ben to go through the recruiting process to make up his own mind."
"He gets the chance to sit across the desk with men like Urban Meyer at Ohio State, (Les) Miles down at LSU and learn things and mature as he goes through the process," Wayne Davis said. "He's going to have all of his official visits and at the end, he's going to make up his own mind."
