NOTABLE RISER: Jake Browning, Folsom, Calif. (Up 5 spots)
NOTABLE DROPPER: None
COMMENTS: Five-star Josh Rosen is no longer No. 1 overall in the class, but he remains No. 1 in the position ranking. Browning, a Washington commit, makes a leap into the top 5 and finishes No. 3 in the ranking. Michigan State commit Brian Lewerke's strong showing at the Semper Fi Bowl propels him into the top 10, and he finishes at No. 9. There were no significant ranking drops in the position.

NOTABLE DROPPER: Sam Darnold, San Clemente, Calif. (Down 2 spots)
COMMENTS: Francois, a Florida State commit, takes over as the new No. 1 in the ranking. He is followed by Alabama commit Blake Barnett at No. 2 and Oregon commit Travis Waller, who moved up two spots, at No. 2. Further down the list, Oklahoma State commit John Kolar makes a strong move into four-star territory and finishes ranked No. 14 at the position.

COMMENTS: Several prospects moved out to other positions, creating a shake-up at the top of the ranking. N.C. State commit Nyheim Hines was the biggest mover in the last update, and he jumps again, this time up two spots where he finishes No. 2 overall. Oregon commit Taj Griffin remains No. 1. Another Oregon commit, Malik Lovette, moves in from the running back ranking and takes over the No. 4 spot on the list.

COMMENTS: New Alabama commit Damien Harris goes wire-to-wire as the No. 1 ranked prospect at the position. He is joined by fellow five-stars Derrius Guice, Jacques Patrick and Soso Jamabo in the top four. The only changes in the top 10 come from Ohio State commit Mike Weber and USC commit Ronald Jones II who both move up a Rivals Rating and finish No. 7 and No. 8, respectively.

Payton, a USC commit, along with Van Jefferson, move up a Rivals Rating and both finish in the top 15. Further down the list, Duke commit T.J. Rahming makes the highest debut at No. 41 after his standout Army Bowl performance.

COMMENTS: Four-star Chris Clark finishes as the No. 1 player at the ranking. Behind him, Arkansas commit O'Grady continued his rise and finishes No. 2. Davis was the only prospect in the ranking to have his Rivals Rating changed, and he finishes at No. 14. Buffalo native Tyrone Wheatley moves into the ranking from defensive end and debuts just ahead of Davis at No. 13.

Megginson, an Illinois commit, Texas A&M commit Connor Lanfear and Florida State commit Abdul Bello are the new four-stars and all finish in the top 30.

COMMENTS: Five-star LSU commit Maea Teuhema and four-star USC commit Chuma Edoga move over from the offensive tackle ranking and take over the top two spots at offensive guard. They are followed by Alabama commits Lester Cotton and Richie Petitbon, the previous top two in this ranking. Bailey, a South Carolina commit, rounds out the top five after he moved up following his Shrine Bowl performance.

Texas commit Charles Omenihu moves in from the strongside defensive end ranking and adds his fourth star to finish in the top 20 of this ranking.

Phillips is the new No. 3 after earning his fifth star. Alabama-based defensive end Prince Tega Wanogho Jr. moves into the top 10 after reclassifying to 2015. The biggest jump goes to Ohio State commit Dre'Mont Jones, who finishes at No. 14 after earning his fourth star.

Notre Dame commit Tevon Coney and Texas commit Anthony Wheeler also make big jumps within the top 10. Wheeler finishes at No. 4 while Coney lands at No. 6.

Overall, the list has very few changes, with five-stars Terry Godwin and Ray-Ray McCloud III finishing at Nos. 1 and 2 on the list, respectively.

COMMENTS: Notre Dame commit Justin Yoon comes from outside the ranking to finish as the No. 1 kicker prospect in the 2015 class following his impressive Under Armour game showing. Johnson, an Arkansas commit, and Tennessee commit Tommy Townsend were the punters for the West and East Army Bowl teams, respectively. They both performed well and each moves up a spot to take over the Nos. 3 and 4 positions on the list.
