Remember when Travis Rudolph named Alabama his leader because he grew up a fan of "the roll Tide"? These all-american games are troll fests.

-Alabama is definitely trending for Kendall Sheffield and it is very possible that he picks the Tide this week.
-Alabama will not be making a push for Lawrence Cager (thank God). Look for VT or Miami for him.
-The staff wants to add another WR to this class, especially with Charlot having second thoughts. If the staff pushes hard for KJ Hill he may flip.
-Another guy to keep an eye on at the WR position is Clemson commit Ray-Ray McCloud. Apparently the staff has been working him behind the scenes.
-Damien Harris was overhead calling Blake Barnett “his quarterback” on more than one occasion.
-Brandon Kennedy is putting in work on Drew Richmond. Alabama is trending with Richmond.
-Appears Alabama is on the outside looking in for Isaiah Prince.
-Chidi Valentine-Okeke has Alabama and Auburn tied at the top. However, he has major academic hurdles to clear due to attending multiple high schools over the last couple years.
-Alabama is in good shape with Johnathan Taylor. His clearance process is not expected to take much longer.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Practice won't kick off at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl until Monday morning but on Sunday afternoon and evening, plenty of prospects still managed to make an impression. During check-in for the All-Americans, 247Sports gathered height, weight, arm length and hand size for every prospect to come through the door. As you would expect among the top prospects in the country, there were plenty of eye-popping numbers being posted.

First off the bus by position

Offensive line – Chidi Valentine-Okeke measured in at just a shade under 6-foot-6, 305 pounds with the second longest arms in attendance. He may have been the most impressive prospect in the house from a frame standpoint. The Nigerian native named Alabama and Auburn his favorites on Sunday.

Weight Notables

Chidi Valentine-Okeke – It wasn't that Valentine-Okeke measured in at 305.8 pounds, it was that he carried it so naturally that stood out.

Height Notables

Isaiah Prince - Currently he's a lean 272 pounds but at an official 6-6 1/8, Prince has the size that you love to see in a franchise offensive tackle.

Lawrence Cager – Cager measured in at just over 6-foot-4.5 and with springy athleticism, that size is going to be tough to deal with this week.

No one will throw on us with TB/Hump/Fitz/Sheff/Thompson/Hootie in our secondary.

See, Prince is more of an LT. I'm not sure Richmond makes a great LT. I mean he COULD play it in college, I'd just rather always try to have a top tier LT. Granted we could always get our future LT next year o the year after.
