I'm not even upset over this. I would be if he was dead set on playing safety.

Me either. We already have Flowers committed and seemingly lead for Jovon Robinson. If we truly want another RB in this class there are at least 2-3 in the state that I'd love to get (Gibson, Thompson, etc.).

Meh. We already have Thompson (who will be a 5-star by the end of the cycle) and lead for Shawn Burgess-Becker. If we can get Jamal Peters on campus we may take the lead for him too. We're good at Safety for the moment. Now if SBB stays home and Peters stays in-state we could be in trouble. I don't know who would be at the top of our Safety board after them.

I just don't see him being a big loss in any capacity. Good athlete, just not elite at RB or S. Burgess-Becker is a more natural S and Jovon Robinson is a much better RB.

Yep. Our Auburn brethren seem to feel the same way over on their board. They'd much rather land Jovon Robinson and Eric Swinney. Poor Kerryon. Any other year and we'd be fighting tooth and nail over him.

Everybody ignored my message.
Nobody has an experience with leasing a car? Nobody has any advice?

Never leased one. I've bought more than my fair share though.
I assume having to watch that odometer like a hawk gets old as hell though. Spontaneous travel would seem to be a thing of the past if you had a mileage limit you didn't want to go over.
However, if you aren't driving much I bet it would be nice to basically upgrade your vehicle every 2-3 years like a cell phone.

You have mileage concerns?

Just realized I never linked OG Darryl Williams' profile and highlights on the first page.
Darryl Williams Highlights
Some dude on BOL who goes to church with a Bessemer City coach said Williams already squats over 600 pounds.
However, Charles Power said he isn't sure Bama will look to add anymore interior linemen. Sorry Trey. Looks like we may be stuck with Dallas Warmack.

No, I am currently about 500 miles under my limit. Gain about 50-75 miles a month more. So I should end up about 1.5-2K miles under by the end of the lease.

How far do you commute to work every day?

Its like 8 miles each way
But like you said, spontaneous travel is out. Im banking miles now so I can make the 600 mile round trip to the lake this summer.

shite. My wife just up and decides were are going anywhere from 30 to 90 miles one way up here in the morning to eat or shop on the weekends all the time. I'd bust that damn number in 6 months.

Alabama signed two five-star cornerbacks in the class of 2014 in Tony Brown and Marlon Humphrey. They may soon land another for 2015.
Five-star Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peter's Prep cornerback Minkah Fitzpatrick told Rivals.com Saturday that Alabama is his leader and there's a "slight chance" he could even commit this weekend as he visits Tuscaloosa for the A-Day game.
Slight chance? He better commit damnit.
quote:
"I've got a lot of family in Alabama – my father's side is from there – so that's a big plus," Fitzpatrick told Rivals' Mike Farrell during a Rivals Camp Series event in New Jersey, where he received an invitation to the Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge in Baltimore. "Coach (Nick) Saban is one of the greatest defensive back coaches and one of the greatest coaches of all time. Getting to learn from him for three or four years would be a great experience and I felt like I'd become the best player I could be there."
quote:
If it doesn't happen this weekend, Fitzpatrick said he'd like to make a decision by this summer. Georgia and Florida State are the other schools at the top of his list, as he was impressed with both during recent visits.
Fitzpatrick told Farrell he "felt real comfortable" at Florida State and likes the way Jeremy Pruitt will run his defense at Georgia. "It's fast, physical, with the five DBs and I just loved it there," he said of Georgia.
He plans to return to both Georgia and Florida State this summer, along with Ohio State.
