The first bullet flat out says it's Russian intelligence that hasn't been verified by US intelligence.

Yes they did, based on intelligence gathered by US intelligence.
And they had evidence to support opening that investigation. The bipartisan, Republican lead, Senate committee report released a few weeks ago confirmed that, along with a few other IG investigations.

I'm aware of those texts. They have nothing to do with falsifying documents as Cobra alleged. Could there be more instances come out of falsified documents? Sure, the Durham investigation is still open. The Horowitz report found no bias or wrongdoing in the investigation though.

The letter posted above clearly states in the first bullet point that it was RUSSIAN INTELLIGENCE and that the information hasn't been confirmed by US INTELLIGENCE. Are you willing to go on the record and state you believe Russian intelligence over US intelligence? Mind you, US Intelligence isn't infallible and is prone to getting things wrong. But knowing all we know about how Russia and Putin operate, do you believe them over US Intelligence?
