Well he's already got a ton of stuff going for him outside of just playing basketball. He's got Young Bull shirts, signs, and all kinds of stuff for sale. Someone has to be in charge of that. He's also gonna need his manager a year from now when he leaves Bama for the draft.

How the hell is that within NCAA rules? A manager? Merchandise? Seems like this could be trouble.

Well the Ball brothers Dad has merchandise for them and he is charging 50 dollars for a t shirt so I doubt what Colin is doing is wrong.

SMDH! College sports has become a fricked up circus. So Bama football can get busted and slapped around pretty good for players receiving extra textbooks but on the other hand, a basketball player can have his own personal Dick's Sporting Goods stocked with personal merchandise and that's ok. I give up trying to understand this bullshite.

Players should be able to sell stuff like this.

Really OT, but Troy is one of those really good movies I can always watch when it's on TV.

No kidding.

I think it's a good movie too. Surprisingly intelligent for an action movie.

There's a pretty major difference here. Collin (and the Ball Brothers) isn't receiving those gifts from the university and/or selling them for profit. Alabama, nor any other university, is involved in any way in that transaction. It's from family fortune (Ball brothers) and/or outside small business transactions (Collin).

Yeah, I love any movie that pertains to Greek Mythology or is during that time period. Early-mid 2000s had some good ones like Kingdom of Heaven, Troy, King Arthur( although not as good), etc.. Just haven't seen a really good one since. Immortals and Clash of Titans was okay IMO, but nothing I was really invested too when I watched it. Wish they would make a modern version of Odysseus without all the CGI affects.

Sorry for going away from basketball for anyone btw. Just love me some movies.

There have been some really bad ones like that Egyptian mythology one that came out last year with one of the Game of Thrones actors.

When do the 2017 recruits who haven't signed have to make a decision?

Hans Brase announced he will grad transfer from Princeton. He's a PF who started for them at the beginning of this season, but got injured for the second consecutive year. Way too injury prone for me, so I left him off the list even though he had a good rebounding margin in the Ivy League.

Sengfelder led the Rams in rebounds with just over 5 per game. He's kind of a small stretch four.

I would be really surprised if we take a non grad transfer with how young the team is. I think Avery will be looking to pick out a leader who can play immediately.
