Met him a few months back.Very nice guy that ive enjoyed talking ball with.Our sons play against one another in basketball a good bit.

I sent him the all time records I look up after every game. He sent me a nice email back saying thanks. I'm not sure he's used any of it.

This was the exact same thoughts I had and it was concerning.

The tourney performance has eased the discomfort some. I hope Avery is the guy we need long term because I like his personality thus far. I am still not convinced he will be that guy but I am also less convinced that he is not that guy.

Hope for a solid rest of year performance and a solid season next year. If that happens we can one day start complaining about how we win basketball games rather than complaining about losses.

Yup. From here on out, it's just bonus basketball. As long as we don't lay down and quit, I'm satisfied with whatever.

Gotta take them out sometime. My biggest concern with them has always been that we don't ever win on the boards- especially offensively when they rack up 2nd chance points.
