LSU women's basketball landed a big-time transfer commitment on Sunday from former Iowa State guard Jada Williams.

Williams, a junior from Kansas City, Mo., started in all 32 games for the Cyclone this past season, averaging 15.3 points, 7.7 assists, and 3.5 rebounds per game.

Williams will immediately fill the hole left by Jada Richard, who entered the transfer portal this past week.

Besides the 15 points and 8 assist Jada Williams average per game, she average only 2 turnovers a game. I‘m gonna miss JR, but we definitely upgraded the PG position with JW.
