CBS Sports picks LSU No. 1 in 2011 Preseason Poll

Dennis Dodd, a columnist for CBSsports.com, has tabbed LSU as the No. 1 team going into the 2011 season. He cited the number of players returning on both sides of the ball for the Tigers, who finished the 2010 season with a record of 11-2.

The Tigers open the 2011 season against Oregon, who was ranked No. 3 in Dodd's preseason poll.

Let's see where we rank offensively after the year. That will determine a lot.

I like the way Dodd thinks, but AU & Oregon weren't even in the top 10 to start the year as far as rankings so these so called experts rarely get it right.

I sure hope that they do this year! GEAUX TIGERS!
