Four-star safety Derrick Davis Jr. from Monroeville, PA officially signed with LSU on Wednesday.
The 6-1, 195-pound prospect from Gateway HS committed to LSU on November 7, picking the Tigers over Ohio State and Penn State.
Davis Jr. is rated the No. 1 safety in the country for the class of 2021, according to ESPN. He will be joined in LSU's secondary with elite five-star safety Sage Ryan.
