Former Georgia safety Johnathan Abram is looking at four schools from the SEC as potential transfer schools and one of them is LSU, according to Sports Talk SC.

Abram transferred from Georgia in January because of personal and family issues and is currently enrolled at Jones County Junior College which is closer to his hometown of Columbia, MS.

This article has made my day! I've known this kid since he was a 4th grader. Never got the real opportunity to coach him, but the two years that I taught him, he was the most respectful and hard working young man I knew. He was a two way starter. Talked to him a few weeks ago. He would be a great addition to the Tiger D. I always told him that he would look awesome playing in purple and gold.

He is very good. A better prospect than Jamal Peters who signed with State a couple of years ago. Word around his home down is that he is going to Ole Miss.

Yes, he started at UGA as a true freshman. Don't think LSU has room for him though with Jacoby Stevens and Grant Delpit committed, and Todd Harris waiting to announce.
