Defensive tackle Nelson Jenkins from Plaquemine, LA made things official on Wednesday morning by signing with LSU.
Jenkins originally committed to LSU on February 16 choosing the Tigers over offers from Florida, Alabama, Kansas, and others. He is rated a four-star prospect by ESPN.
