LSU is the latest school to offer four-star wide receiver Omar Manning from Lancaster, TX. He announced the news on Twitter:

Manning, a 6-3, 203-pound prospect from Lancaster HS, is rated the No. 16 wide receiver in the country and the No. 17 overall player from the state of Texas, according to Rivals. He holds offers from from eight different SEC schools.
