It didn't take long for newly hired defensive coordinator Kevin Steele and defensive line coach Ed Orgeron to hit the recruiting trail on Thursday.

The two coaches started off by visiting with four-star defensive end prospect Prince Tega Wanogho Jr at his Edgewood Academy High School early Thursday morning.

Wanogho, a 6-8, 250-pound prospect from Elmore, AL, is rated as the No. 5 player in the state of Alabama and the 9th best strong-side defensive end in the country.

He hold offers from most major college football program in the county, including LSU.
