Four-star outside linebacker/weakside defensive end Phillip Webb announced that he has committed to LSU and will sign with the Tigers.
Webb chose LSU over Alabama and Florida.
Webb, a 6-4, 220-pound prospect from Lanier HSl is Sugar Hill, Georgia, is rated the No. 4 outside linebacker in the country, according to 247Sports and ESPN.
