Per LSUSports.net: BATON ROUGE – The LSU Tigers used momentum from a first half lead to defeat Alabama, 88-79, on Tuesday night in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center. The win marks 16 consecutive home victories, which ties for fifth all-time in LSU history dating back to the 1992-1993 season
Sophomore guard Tremont Waters had a game high 19 points, along with four rebounds and seven assists. Senior forward Kavell Bigby-Williams had a game high 12 rebounds to complement 14 points. Freshman guard Ja’vonte Smart also contributed 15 points, four rebounds and five assists for the Tigers.
