LSU basketball coach Matt McMahon landed his first commitment for the 2024 class, with four-star power forward giving his verbal pledge to the Tigers on Friday.
Miller, a 6-10, 225-pound from Pasadena Memorial near Houston, Texas, is a Top-10 power forward in the country, according to multiple recruiting sites, and the No. 2 overall player from the state of Texas.
He picked the Tigers over offers from Alabama, Texas, Colorado, Arkansas, and others.
Miller's father, Rob Miller II, played football at LSU, while his mother played at Tulane and in the WNBA.
