LSU shooting guard Cam Thomas was named SEC Freshman of the Week by the league office on Monday for the fourth time this season.

Thomas shared the honor this week with Arkansas' Moses Moody. Per LSUSports.net:

Thomas, a 6-4, 210-pound freshman from Chesapeake, Virginia, averaged 26.0 points and 6.5 rebounds in wins over Vanderbilt and at Missouri. He recorded his first career double double with 23 points and 10 rebounds against Vanderbilt.

He followed that up with a 29-point game at Missouri in LSU's 11th conference win that clinched the third seed at the SEC Tournament this weekend. Thomas finished the regular season with 10 straight games of 20 points or more.
