Memphis Grizzlies rising star Ja Morant was pumped up to see his former Murray State teammate KJ Williams sign with LSU and reunite with coach Matt McMahon.

Williams started in 22 games with Morant at Murray State during the 2018-2019 season when the Racers finished 28-5 overall and 16-2 in the Ohio Valley Conference and made the NCAA Tournament.
