Five-star point guard De'Aaron Fox from Katy,TX (Cypress Lakes) trimmed down his top schools on Friday and LSU was included in the group.
Fox is originally from New Orleans but moved to Texas after Huricane Katrina.

LSU: ”I’m originally from Louisiana, so it’s a hometown thing. With their recruiting class they had with Brandon [Sampson], Ben [Simmons] and [Antonio Blakeney, people really shouldn’t be surprised by them this year. I wouldn’t say it’s a shocker to it should be expected. This year they should finish the top two or three in the SEC.”
