Houston is targeting Florida defensive coordinator Austin Armstrong as the school's new DC.

According to reports, a deal is in place and could be finalized soon.

Armstrong spent the past two seasons with the Gators and was the defensive coordinator and linebacker coach at Southern Miss before arriving in Gainesville.
