It appears to be a very low budget production so I doubt it is associated with anyone who would stroke a big check. Such a person would not let this commercial be the subject of his song. I think it’s a free song that Arkansas slapped on a free student produced commercial. ...

It is simply an extremely poor representation of the institution but what is worse is that the football clip is from a 2021 game versus Texas.
