Never been to Dudy Noble, but is it a nicer park than the Box?

You about to open a can of worms here baw. Most of the posters here think Alex Box is a dump while jerking off to the Dudy

False , LSU administration wish the Baseball park they built was 2nd Best in the SEC.

Our Alex Box is at best 7 or 8 in the SEC... LSU went on the Cheap in the construction of the Box.

To be fair, the Box is a dump compared to Dudy Noble, but every college, MiLB and some MLB parks are a dump compared to Dudy.

Make no mistake, The Box leaves a lot to be desired in 2024, but it’s still funny to me when people come on here and act like Ole Miss has a better park.

Exhibit A

You haven’t been to any other SEC parks if you think the Box is 7th or 8th.

These rankings are right, although maybe put Baum over The Box. They are in a tier of their own behind Dudy Noble

Talking about just stadiums and not atmosphere, we are definitely behind Dudy Noble and Baum. I think we are behind Bluebell too (as long as there are no bubbles). Having Swayze at 4 is laughable.

Mizzou’s Taylor is really bad. And they only seat like 3000. Once Texas joins, theirs is like a combination of everything that everyone hated from the old box and the new box all in one. Plus it’s like sunken off to the side of the road.

Baum and Founders are easily better. The Box is one of the few that still has 1990s bleachers seating. All it has over most of the others is capacity.

No one thinks the swayze park is better, but its undeniable they have a better atmosphere

How many of these stadiums have turf? I wish horn would play football and baseball on grass fields. My biggest knock on their stadiums.

I've never been to The Dude either, but I'd say just by looking at it on TV it's MUCH nicer than The Box which I've been to many, many times.

Dudy Noble is objectively nice than the Box.

I'm not sure I've ever met anyone that has been to both Baum and The Box that says The Box is better regardless of fandom.

If LSU did not play in the box it wouldn’t be top 5. It holds a lot of people and a really good team. Other than that it’s not real nice

I don’t know why I’m getting voted down…KPP is a brand new $60 million facility that has great site lines and it’s unbelievable in the setup. It is a top 5 park in the SEC.

I apologize if mistaken, but hasn't several SEC teams built new stadiums since LSU built the Box? If so, than it is impressive to still be ranked so high.
