I firmly believe we are a much better team than we showed Saturday, and I think it will be evident next week.

We will have more room to run (how could we possibly have any less?) and a drier field will allow for more outside runs and cutbacks. Also we won't be going against and NFL caliber dline. All of that will open the passing game a little, and as long as Lambert isn't having to squeeze it into tight windows every time, he should be serviceable. Hopefully he plays with more confidence now that it's clear that Ramsey is not a threat to take the starting job.

On defense, UT won't have the power running game to monopolize our attention. Dobbs has been turnover prone, and you have got to think Pruitt will have our DBs ready to make up for last week.

31-17 UGA.

34-31 Dawgs. It will be a close game as always. It will be interesting to see who mishandles their coaching more, Richt or Jones.

31 - 27 UGA wins

Game is closer than it should be because of turnovers for us.

I just hope they don't injure half our team like they did 2 years ago.

They probably thought that the uniforms would have won them the game if not for the little piggy fumbling into the endzone. Might as well give them another shot.

I predict a Dawg kind of day: 34-21 good guys.

We aren't good. But we're better than Tennessee. Butch has to try rally his team to make a bowl and save his arse and Richt teams play better after we've shite the bed.

38-24 UGA.

I hate betting on UGA games, but that seems very friendly. I would put some on the Dawgs.

Ut had big leads in all 3 losses. Are we good enough to comeback on them?

Though I would like to agree I can't. We were exposed Saturday. Not for lack of talent, but for lack of maturity. This is an immature team. They will have flashes of brilliance but will also have the head scratching moments that drive us up the wall. I have a sinking feeling that Mark Richt knew this before the game and was trying his best to control the way his young team viewed this contest. We were trounced by a much better and more importantly much more mature Alabama team. As far as Tennessee I'd say 50/50 that we win. I don't see them just blowing the doors off of Tennessee at all. The silver lining is that because we are such a young team we have a lot of growing room and if (big if!!!!) we can navigate our way to Atlanta things could be interesting.

It was the crappy turf that night. Like playing football in a mine field.

Really need to hope that the turf holds up I think it's a 90% chance of rain in Knoxville on Friday, the way Arkansas just ran the ball at will gives me confidence that we will do the same. Dobbs is no where near the passer I thought he would be, containing him and Hurd will be tough but I think we match up well 34-17 good guys

Depends. If Georgia uses the loss to Bama as motivation- we win and win big.

If our players are still caught up on the Bama game. Well butch jones might just get that signature win.

I'm gonna go with the first option though.
Georgia 35-14

Might have to disagree with that one. Teams are really going to stack the box. Really, who fears our passing game? I bet GA Southern will do the same, too.

probably not

-OU's QB is better than ours
-UF's passing game is probably better than ours and they were playign at home
-Arkansas as a senior QB with a stout OL and a good passing game to boot

We all saw what happens when we get behind early. Not that we aren't capable of doing it, or that we CAN'T, but I wouldn't feel all that confident in us coming down from 17+ points.

eta: with that said, I believe our defense is as good or better than those other teams so I dont' think we'll ever be in that situatino to begin with.
