I'm jelly. Just did some lobster for the wife. I'm beat, stayed up to late last night watching Chef go HAM. Didn't shut off alarm, got about 4 hrs of sleep. Fml

Can't believe this thread has fallen so far down. It's spring time now, time to get the grill on. Doing some salmon tonight.

Unfortunately yes, I think our post will be similar. Some will appreciate it, others not so much.

Once you cook salmon on a cedar plank, you won't want it any other way. Put on some seafood rub then mix some brown sugar in lemon juice and top it off with that before tossing it in the grill. It'll blow you away.

Can't wait to stuff this guy with jalapeños and cream cheese, add some bacon, and toss him on the grill.

That's how it's done. Gotta jelly head them. Ask your buddy Spank. I hear he knows about that.

Salmon is great and looks good as does the tenderloin. I've smoked some salmon and Chilean sea bass in the past and they're some of my seafood favorites on the smoker/grill.

You also need to have a smoking luau at some point in honor of your native land.

Do your inside connections have any credible information as to when Spunky may return from exile? He's going to keep messing around and miss the grilling season again.
