And if we could just get bwood back to go with bwoody we might even have a gourmet grub quorum.

Now that Winter has finally released its icy grip on the Northwest Territory here I've been smoking a few items including some chicken wings for tonight. The warmer temps sure make it a lot easier to control the smoker temperature and cook some good food.

My grilling has been low key lately. Have been doing ribs quite a bit. Kroger has a helluva sale on them. 2.99 per lb.. bough 10 racks when they dropped the price.. probably do it again soon.

Did 3 racks for Easter. Turned out great. Been itching to smoke a pork butt. Probably be the first thing I do after the baby's born.

Hey Dallas,

Last Saturday they had some of the biggest ones I have ever seen this is the peak of the season for sure. I don't know who they get their deep royal reds from but you can't get any better on the dock in Pensacola...
