Got my mom and brother coming over for evening dinner Sunday...debating between a Prime Rib or Prime (for real Prime) Filet. I have obligations Sunday, so wont be able to tend the slow cook all day (Prime Rib), which I really wanna do, but Prime filet from the butcher is always the best....

What to do, what to do....

PS - I reverse sear most of my low and slow cooked meats now and I think it is 10x better that way. I will teach you all one day

Hard to beat either one, but I'd choose prime rib.

I made homemade Cajun pasta tonight. Chicken, shrimps and andouille sausage with bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. Little heavy cream to pull it together and some Old Bay sprinkled on top. Always forget the damn pics though.
