We really need a Vandy win tonight.

Got that double bye and the #3 seed

A&M and Ole Miss losing yesterday seems to have hurt our standing with some bracketologists. Lunardi still has us as an 8 seed, but Jerry Palm at CBS dropped us to a 10 seed and SBNation dropped us to an 11 seed and two spots ahead of the play-in games.

As long as we aren't a play in game I would prefer a 10-12 seed to 8 or 9.

I've seen so many people say that, but I think just winning one tournament game would be great for the program. That's easier as an 8-9 than a 10-12

There's certainly some truth in that. Although there isn't a dramatic difference between being an 8 seed and a 10 seed as far as winning percentage in the first round goes, you do stand a much better chance of winning if you're an 8 seed as opposed to 11 or 12.

We'll see what happens... If Gaines and Parker are out I don't look for this team to advance as far as I originally thought. I certainly hope Fox isn't pulling the ole Roy Williams: "The ACC tourney isn't important" bullshite with this team. I don't think he is, but he would never admit it even if he was.

I'm hoping they're just getting some much needed rest.

I'm liking not playing until the last possible day. Getting the 3 seed was huge, even if we don't win our first game.

So, who do we pull for? The better team that we beat twice during the season or the worse team that beat us twice during the season?

Probably Ole Miss, because we want more top 50 victories. I think we have a better chance at beating SC though (well, hopefully anyways). Not sure it matters a ton. Regardless our boys have to be ready to play.

I'll just take a W right now.

If we play SC, make sure Bobo is not back in town! He may recommend a reverse move and instead of shooting the winning shot, try to run it in.

C'mon man. This is bad.

Playing the Cocks tomorrow, not sure how we got swept by these assholes

Georgia is not losing tonight
Posted on 3/13/15 at 8:01 am to Kneehigh
My gut says we lose. I know USC has played 2 close games in 2 nights and common sense says their legs are probably gone, but I was absolutely certain we would beat them the first two times. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Oh, frick you, I'm not a waterhead and you're not fooling me a 3rd time.
