quote:Never mixed the buffalo sauce but it's worth a shot, mix up just a lil & experiment, I mix up whatever I have for a marinade I just like the tart & sweet taste of the vinegar & cane syrup. You can just add about anything, BBQ spices, cayenne powder, chili powder, mustard, cumin, garlic, lemon, lime, anything chinese, anything mexican. Can't go wrong...
Sounds good....wouldn't have thought about mixing Franks and syrup. You talking the Hot sauce or the Buffalo sauce?

Hot dogs and hambugers. Pig lips and assholes.

Tenderloin before slicing.

No pics, but the method on the chicken after marinating is to smoke them with hickory for 30 minutes indirect heat, not cooking them, then grill them just like grilled chicken. If there is some kind of Independence Day Grill Off, this will be one of my submissions, but today the pics don't do it justice. For today, it's just some random grilled chicken....
Blueberry cobbler for later.
One of my beagles wants you to pet him... he's been a good boy....

Spunky, what can you tell me about the Sea and Breeze hotel on Tybee?
Sorry I passed out in the hammock for a bit.
I know nothing about Tybee, never been. Ask Chef or hinesville. They both live in that area

200 is probably the max I want to go right now. something under 100 would be ideal though

I'll give you my advice tomorrow.

Was that a Big Green Egg in the pic with the chicken wings? Looks like one, or another ceramic smoker.

Big Green Egg is well worth the investment, however, way more than $200. I know people that love their offset smokers though. All about personal preference. I'm lazy though, and love being able to light the grill with an overnight pork butt, get up, and it be perfect.
