9-3 regular season, 10-3 after some meh bowl win. Of course this team is better than 9-3, but so was last year's. I think there are three losses on the schedule, with one of them being a no show blowout. I just don't have a clue who the three losses will be against.

This time last year a lot of us were concerned about replacing Murray with...Mason.

Now, we wish we had him back.

I think our defense will win us games in which the offense puts us at risk at the beginning of the season.

11-1 (Auburn)
Play LSU or Auburn in the SECCG and win.
Make it to the CFB Final and earn a win in the last few minutes.

Ok, we are due against USCe, again, bet the house on that game. Just do not be surprised if we lose.

I don't think you know what it means to bet the house.

9-3. Next year we get them, though.

Nobody stepping up at QB would mean we go 7-5 with losses to UT, Alabama, and 3 of UF, USC, GT and Missourri.

Someone steps up and proves to be able to play at QB (and you would be hard pressed to find a better developer of QB's than Mark Richt, Devil his due and all) and we should be in every game. Mark Richt, again devild his due, will probably find a way to lose a few we shouldn't. So 9-3 or 10-2 again. Not bad, not great.

I don't think Chubb wins the heisman or is in the top 3. I may be wrong but with problems at QB we may well be one dimensional, especially early, and SEC defenses know how to stop one dimensional offenses. His stats will go up later in the season and he will have a helluva a year but the early season, with some very high profile losses (USC, Bama and UT are all possible) and his star is far less bright than we would want.

Now, if someone suddenly becomes another Aaron Murray of David Green and we will be hard to beat....and again with Mark Richt and QB's anything is possible. GO DAWGS!!!

So we might go 7-5,9-3 or "anythings possible "...way to stick your neck out.

Oh,but you're sure CMR will lose us one...God,so freaking typical.

I'm going to say 11-1 with a loss to Tennessee.

The more I look at it and the more I like what this team brings to the table. I think Brice will be good enough to not lose us games. This is what I was worried about going in and I'm starting to become more confident with each passing day that he will do enough (60% - 25+ TD's - 8 Int's) to not lose us games and will be the reason we win a couple. I just have so much faith in Mark Richt's ability to bring QB's along, especially QB's in their 3rd year in the system.

The defense is going to be very good. This is the kind of defense that will win ballgames for us. Few teams will be able to get after the quarterback like us and I think Thompson will be an immediate impact at DE. If we can get good play out of the interior linebackers, we will be very tough to move the ball on.

This is the kind of team, that if we can beat Alabama (I think we will), we'll win the east going away. The Tennessee is such a trap game after a big win that I expect us to lose. But I really like the way our schedule sets up (GSU before Tech is huge) and like that we get SC and Mizzou at home.

I think it's going to be a good year fellas.

I'm not trying to call you out but you know Southern doesn't run the same triple option Tech runs right?

I'm aware they're not the same but they have similar principles. It's more out of the shotgun but at the heart they run a lot of option and there's a lot of read and react principles that will be good for our guys to have game experience with the week prior.

while that may be true, I'd rather play gsu that week than pretty much any other team. It's not an exact clone but it's closer than any other team on our schedule.

Well with Zo Carter playing at inside linebacker I think we will be fine. Can't wait to see Jenkins/Carter/Floyd all on the field, gonna be nuts. Funking QB's won't see Sanders coming in to blitz behind that big mean bastard. Glory Glory

As UGA loses in the first round of the playoffs, the camera pans up to the crowd to find Marty Schottenheimer nodding wistfully as a small flock of buzzards circle his head.

Why are buzzards circling Brian Squattin-heimer's dad's head?

I don't understand the meaning of this grim forecast.

Especially if Coach Squat gets us to the play-offs in his first year and with a new QB.

9 - 3.

Bama (Pruitt's daddy comes to town), TN losses and one bedshitting by Richt with either bad coaching decisions or the team not ready to play. Typically he has 2 of those which would take us to 8 - 4, but I am just going with one this year.

Typical Richt roster/experience holes this year manifests itself at QB and WR. Bad combination. If Mitchell does his usual exit (hope he doesn't) and.................. Chubb keeps us in most ball games.

We still win the east if TN doesn't sneak in, but whatever western team gets in takes us down and we limp into some bowl at 9 -4 (read as Florida location).

Same ole, same ole. I look for no difference. It will be positioned as a good year, and a good bowl regardless of losing to whatever Big 10 team is coughed up as our opponent.

You heard it here first.
