my Baylor hate tends to fluctuate with how good or bad they are at the time in athletics, much like tech. So my hate towards Baylor is pretty solid at the moment, whereas with tech they aren't even an afterthought at this point.
My tu hate is very consistent, and never wavers. But that hate is more directed at the administrators, athletic department and t-shirt fans than the actual students. Most of the tu graduates I know care more about artisanal products than they do athletics.

Was Baylor ever punished for covering up the last rape and mistreating the victim? Or was no action taken other than an internal "investigation"?

I know this type of thing goes on at many, many schools.
But to have so many for such a relatively small institution. Man, that says a LOT about the type of controls they have in place.

The OTL piece on them not investigating 2 different sexual assaults for two years could end up being really bad for them. I mean, that's a travesty for those girls who were assaulted.
