Sp Brice just posted he is still pickin Malik to A&M and that "Liucci made his pick, but Im making mine".

This is fricking weird. Its almost like Liucci jump the gun based on something else and now Brice is awkwardly left to stand in the corner with his legit info so as to not upstage him.

Well he signs Brice's checks, so I think you know the answer to that

Usually something shitty needs to happen to A&M for Liucci to look dumb and get attacked by subscribers, but it looks like we have a chance for that dream scenario tomorrow

Th problem is that no Malik mans no Daylon, no Sheffield and Kyler seriously consiering baseball. This could cost us FOUR 5-star recruits.

I understand everyone is going to be disappointed if Malik doesn't pick the Ags but....come on. This is hyperbole.

Mack has openly stated Malik will heavily influence his decision.

This recruitment is making everyone bipolar.

Make. It. Stop.

Honestly, if it came down to because there's no DC that Jefferson doesn't pick us... well you can blame Sumlin-- but hiring a priority one DC takes precedence over a recruits demands. Placating Malik for the sake of a hire you know is not the right guy? Yeah, I don't buy that either. He wasn't coming here under Snyder anyway, so what truly changed? I'm not mad but this whole recruitment is like taking drugs and riding a roller coaster at six flags.

I've followed some crazy recruitments and Jefferson's is definitely creeping up the rankings. And it's funny because we haze on Kris Boyd for flip-flopping everywhere, but Jefferson is guilty of it too. Just go to UCLA already, lol

The BAS is so strong here. These kids have a decision to make, it's that simple. No one is "flip flopping" unless they switch commits.

Hopefully all the melting will be for naught and we'll all be rejoicing later today, but if not, I remain hopeful commits will flip our direction once a DC is named. Like Warrior, I'm hoping the delay is because something really good is in play.

I'm not really "melting" at all over this. I'd crash harder if we made a bad hire for any of our coaching vacancies. Jefferson is a really really good OLB prospect obviously, but it's not the end of the world. Per 24/7, were already ranked sixth in the nation. Can't complain about that I suppose.

The Longhorns DC Vance Bedford is actively pursuing the Colorado State opening.

The difference between a top 15 class and a top 5 class is Malik for sure.

I've given up on trying to read the tea leaves and understand the mind of teen young men making a huge choice.

I feel like Pubes and Brice don't know jack squat, and that they are hedging their bets.

I also have reminded myself none of this means shite until the LOI is signed.

No melt here; mighty chilled, in fact.
