In your opinion, what is needed more than LB?

3 current commits isn't enough? Especially given the 2016 TX safety crop

Here is what we will have at safety this spring:

Armani Watts (corner playing safety)
Donovan Wilson
Jonathan Wiggins
Justin Evans

That's it.

So are you suggesting another JUCO? Not sure how adding another safety comparable to the likes of Dunning and Pryor will help.

without a doubt, cornerback

Not sure the concerns at safety. Pryor is an EE btw so we'll have Watts, Wilson, Evans, and Pryor all on campus with Dunning showing up in the fall. Both Wilson and Watts look like they are going to be quite good

If this opens up a spot for Boyd, then I'm all in for it

Put me in the category of full blown melt mode if we miss on him.

If we make a great DC hire I won't melt one bit over jefferson. However, if we strike out on both...Yeah, I be meltin'.

Hagen is out in Georgia doing in-homes with Adonis Thomas (wtf?) and Quarte Sapp... waste of time or tactical brilliance? Moore was a loss....a lot of people are saying it's a good decommittment but I don't buy that. That dude just made plays everywhere on the field on defense. I thought he was small too until I watched a bunch of his tape and started paying more attention to DFW high school ball. Nobody ever says that he has flaws. 100+ tackles on average last couple seasons, sheds blocks, and can play in space...looks like Baylor is getting a good one.

Definitely not a "good" decommit in any way.

Moore is not a good decommitment. I can understand saying that it was inevitable, but as poor as our linebacker play has been you don't want to lose a talent like that.

Sources from Tulsa, OK reported by 24/7 are saying Spavital interviewed for the HC job recently. Blessing or a curse? Some say we lose him we lose Kyler. Interesting, isn't it? He was pretty bad this season but dump him we lose our most heralded recruit. It's almost a no-win situation lol

Promote Beatty to OC for the bowl game and for next season, and put Spav back as QB coach. That way Spav stays on staff, but his playcalling doesn't screw us anymore

That is, assuming he stays in Aggieland, of course

I like that idea but it will depend on what kind of play caller Beaty is I guess
