we have 10 WRs returning next year. It sounds like a lot but we generally run 4 wide. There are 22 positions (plus specialists) and 85 scholarships. 3.5 per position is about normal. We are and have been targeting 14 WRs but it's hard to do overnight. We've been way short (we only have 11 this year).

I haven't heard anything positive on our end on TJ. I think we'll close with Kirk and Merritt and be done at WR (to add to Siverand and Ratley). At least 3 of those 4 are playing WR now (and Merritt is at least mixed) so we aren't talking about complete project guys like the last few years.
