Malik and Deandre will officially visit for the Missouri game. Anyone know anything more specific about our "athlete" offer for Deandre? I'd like to see him at outside LB.

the main problem we've had with McNeal has not been his talent but projecting him to a position, thus the athlete offer. At this point he could fit a number of places and we haven't decided which he fits best and what our need is (realize we have other spots in the class to fill and attrition that may change our needs)
I really like him as an H-back type. I think he'd fit nicely in the roll Caden Smith is playing and give us a real weapon there rather than just a blocker.

Don't see how today makes much difference, I thought our defense actually played pretty well. Held Ole Miss to 21 points, it's our offense that has been horrible, two turnovers that turned straight into touchdowns.

Hamm says Kirk Merritt really loved his OV last week, despite the loss. Seems that Speedy was his personal tour guide too. Bodes very well for us, imo....
