Not hard to guess the yellow checkbook is wide open. Can they afford an entire roster?

There are stories of Bobo dragging him to meetings with high school coaches, or at least trying to get him to go.

The more stories that come out about the guy, the more they paint the picture of what an absolute disaster his 2 years were.

Needless to say, there is a lot more NIL money flowing in with Freeze than their was with Harsin.

AU surrounded Harsin with seasoned SEC coaches, Mason/Bobo/Friend/Williams/Etheridge, etc. who knew the ropes and the recruiting territories well. Harsin and his bunch wouldn’t have it and were adamant they’d do it the Boise way. Pride cometh before the fall.

Money is extremely important. Freeze has lost his edge because it is almost impossible to cheat.

I would tap the brakes on Auburn. They do not have superior money compared to say Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Texas A&M.

Their recruits accepted their bid but we'll see what happens when higher bids start coming in.

I love it that people are throwing shade and hating on Hugh and Auburn. Nobody was talking about us during the Harsin days and when the haters come back out, you know we’re trending in the right direction. It’s gonna take us a while because we don’t have a lot of talent in the current roster, but we comin’!

You don’t know what you’re talking about. Auburn is top 3-5 collective in the SEC.

Prostitutes- yes
For recruits- no.

People keep repeating he got them for recruits because they're fricking idiots.

The whole come here and rebuild this program from the ground up resonates with some of these Star players. It feeds right into their ego. Freeze also seems very likable and has a pedigree for putting WRs in the league. Auburn is a good area. It’s not hard to see why he’s having success recruiting.

I have a friend who I went to his lake house couple months ago and Freeze was around. I can see why people gravitate towards him. I can't speak on the man's character because I don't know him personally obviously but he talked with me like he was an old family friend. EXTREMELY personal guy. Not that overly fake/outgoing personality, I was kind of taken aback by how genuine and nice he was.

Commented on my ankles though, thought that was odd.....(jokes)

Lost his edge? He just flipped a 5 star from Georgia and Alabama. He is at least heavily in on another 5 star from Georgia who everyone in the country wants.

Some of the stuff he is accused of in the past is completely legal now. He has the financial backing of a big, hungry booster network.

What a dumb comment

I may have, at maximum, a 50 yard sprint left in the tank. You think he can work with that?

Exactly. Now, with NIL, everything is out there which is why recruiting has become way more balanced talent wise.

That's funny my next-door neighbors son played OL for the last 3 years for him at Liberty and says he's a scum bag POS and as fake as they come. The kid didn't want to play at Liberty and only went there because of his HS girlfriend.

if NIL rules stay as loose as they are freeze will win a title at Auburn

You are assuming no one else is going to take advantage of the loose rules? A coach may HAVE to do that just to keep up. Freeze is just one of many.

That's funny, Mr. Blue State. Your neighbor's son probably called him a toxic male.

Well it sounds like your next-door neighbor's son is a pussy with fat ankles.
